Refund & Cancellation Policy

Onix is a subscription service. You can cancel anytime and keep access through the period you've paid for. This policy explains billing, renewals, cancellation, and refunds. It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service.

1Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) at the price shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method for each period, including renewals.

2Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by contacting us at hello@onix.bot (or through any cancellation option we provide). When you cancel:

your cancellation applies to the next billing period — you will not be charged again;
you keep access to the Service through the end of the current paid period; and
the cancellation does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid for the current period.

3Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, all fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or subscriptions you forget to cancel.

Because each subscription provisions a dedicated, isolated AI agent and incurs costs from the moment it is set up, we generally do not offer refunds. That said, we want you to be treated fairly:

If you believe you were charged in error, or you experienced a significant technical problem we could not resolve, contact hello@onix.bot and we will review your situation in good faith. Refunds or credits, if any, are provided at our sole discretion and are not a waiver of this policy.
Where a non-waivable statutory right to a refund or cancellation applies to you (for example, certain consumer-protection or cooling-off rights), nothing in this policy limits that right.

4Beta & Promotional Access

Free trials, beta access, discounts, and promotional credits are offered at our discretion, may have their own terms and limits, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Amounts discounted or provided as credit are not refundable for cash.

5Price Changes

We may change subscription prices and plan features prospectively. We will provide reasonable advance notice, and changes take effect at your next renewal. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

6Failed Payments

If a charge fails, we may retry payment and may suspend or terminate your subscription and your agent's access until payment is resolved. You remain responsible for amounts owed.

7Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at hello@onix.bot — we can usually resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account.
